2010 Children's Day Party

Hurray!!! My standard 1 final exam is over and most importantly, we are celebrating children's day at school today. I suggested to mummy to prepare sushi and sandwich for my party. Teacher Chan will buy us mashmallow!!

Mummy is on leave today to prepare the food for my party. She bought me a new shirt for the party, but she forgot to capture the photo of me in the new shirt :-(

We gathered in the assembly hall to watch the singing competition, fashion show competition, etc before start the party at 3pm. Daddy, mummy & er-yiyi delivered the food to school at 2:45pm. They got to watch the ending of the fashion show competition.

My classmates like the sushi & sandwich so much! I brought back a lot of foods.... I wish everyday is a children's day!

Standard 1 - 2nd Mid Semester Exam

My New Ferrari Bed

Today is a happy day! I have finally got my red Ferrari bed (although i would love blue if they have it) installed. I was really excited when I first saw it after school. I can't stop cleaning it with tissue paper although kakak Ani did the cleaning twice for me.

We saw this bed last year when we were window-shopping at Harvey Norman, daddy & mummy didn't buy as it was a bit pricey.

Harvey Norman is having sales now and the Ferrari car bed is RM200 cheaper plus 5% credit card discount. Daddy & mummy bought immediately after re-confirmed with me (to see if I really want it?). Mummy looked more excited than me, because she got few free gifts from the buying - RM100 Dome cash voucher, RM40 Baker's Cottage cash voucher & a pillow for me. Quite a good buy.

Mummy also bought me 2 set of bedsheet + quilt cover from Aussino Kids collection, the Grand Prix & Winnie the Pooh.

Standard 1 - 1st Semester Exam

I am very sad that i didn't do well in this exam. I was sick during the second week of exam, so my scores for the second week's subject are not good.

Daddy came to school to collect the report card today. Mummy wanted to come so much, but she already fixed her meeting appointment in the office. Teacher said I am doing well, very good in maths, science and english but need improvement on mandarin and bahasa. She also said that my mandarin and moral's score pulled down my average score, else I should be in the top 10. I told mummy that i am very sad, but mummy said never mind and do better in next exam. I must study harder.

Teacher's Day

Today is teacher's day. We only need to bring a 小书包 (small bag) with color pencils & drink to school today. We will have a coloring contest today. Mummy asked me if there is any other programme besides the coloring contest, but I do not know...Mummy, I will update you this evening OK?

Mummy went out with my 2 yiy-yi (her shopping partners) to Mid Valley yesterday, so she has bought me the Famous Amos chocolate flower for my teachers.

I am very happy today, I have been selected by 陈老师 (my 1C class teacher) to be a new 副班长.

My daddy saw my name tag when he fecthed me from the school but he cannot read Chinese. He only knews that after my mommy told him. They are very happy too! ^_^

Ah Mei yi-yi's Birthday Celebration

I went out with mummy, yung yi-yi and ah mei yi-yi to celebrate ah mei yi-yi's birthday. Mummy suggested to have breakfast at Paddington house of pancakes. It's a very cosy place for breakfast, the food are delicious too.
